1. Guarantee and Claim.
For our record of shipment, we has been done with less than 5% mortality. However for DOA (Death on Arrival) Exceed 5%, buyer is responsible to report to The Carrier and summit Bad Shipment/Discrepancy forms immediately during clearance at the airport. A copy of Discrepancy Form and picture of dead fishes must be sent to us immediately. For compensation, there will be limited replacement of dead fishes during the next shipment.
Note: We are not responsible for any loss occured due to flight delay/mishandling by The Airline or any reason beyond our control.
Our price is quoted in US doller. Prices are F.O.B Malaysia (Excluding packing costs, freight cost and cost of export documentation. MS Live Fresh Water reserves the right to amend prices without any prior notice unless the Sale has been concluded.
Kindly we need the following information to request for quotation or placing our order. Details as below:
1) Name or destination airport to delivery
2) Name of company/person with complete address, telephone/fax and email address.
3) A list of fish containing the following details such as
- Description
- Size in cm/inches
- Quantity/HDS
Note : All fishes are measured from month to end of tail. Exceed l00kg/5 boxes to enjoy a better freight rate.
4. Payment
Full payment in advance via Bank Telegraphy Transfer(T/T) sufficient to cover freight charges, packaging costs, cost of good and charges incurred on export documentation. Telegraphy Transfer (T/T) to the following bank account details:

5. Delivery (Prepayment)
A minimum of one week to preparation of various export ducumentation and quarantine for checking the health condition of the fishes. Time of shipment is subject to availability of air corgo space for the desired destination. For internal destination, we only charge for transportation fee.
